This essay discusses the application of the Teams of Leaders (ToL) approach at U.S. European Command (EUCOM). The aim of the ToL approach is to draw on the interacting effects of Information Management (IM), Knowledge Management (KM), and leader-team building to generate actionable understanding and resolve challenges facing EUCOM. This approach incorporates the three effects, and acts as a soft-power multiplier.
