This study seeks to identify differences and similarities between the organizational cultures of the State Department and the Department of Defense. It draws upon survey data to measure (1) what mid-grade members of the two departments identify as similarities and differences in organizational attitudes, values, and perceptions and (2) what mid-grade members of one department identifies as similarities and differences in organizational attitudes, values, and perceptions in the other department.
