Staff Visits Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum

On March 28, the staffs of the Simons Center and its parent organization the Command and General Staff College Foundation visited the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum in Abilene, KS. The visit included tours of the Eisenhower Library, the Eisenhower Museum, and President Eisenhower’s childhood home.

The Simons Center and CGSC Foundation staffers met with Karl Weissenbach, Director of the Eisenhower Presidential Library, Museum, and Boyhood Home.  The visit included a tour of the library stacks and a behind-the-scenes look at the museum’s fabrications and exhibition storage spaces.  Staffers also toured Eisenhower’s childhood home.
