This document reviews the progress of a memorandum of agreement to develop clean, reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable hydropower. The authors assert that through collaboration and partnerships with other federal agencies, the hydropower industry, the research community, and numerous stakeholders, these agencies have been able to succeed in the majority of their efforts.
