This article explores the best ways to ensure the effectiveness of Air Force personnel operating in an interagency context. It proposes the joint air component coordination element (JACCE) as a possible solution. The article uses the example of Dominican Sovereign Skies, a counter-transnational organized crime initiative implemented in the Dominican Republic, to illustrate this point.
