This is a video clip of a meeting of the House Intelligence Committee to discuss proposed legislation drafted in response to the September 11 Commission’s report on terrorist attacks in the U.S. Among the issues they addressed were proposed reorganization of intelligence services under a new director of national intelligence, information sharing and gathering, as well as interagency cooperation.
