This guide is for anyone participating as a member of a Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multinational (JIIM) team. It is designed as a coaching guide, with leading questions and areas of consideration that can be used by any leader who is a member of the team, during any stage of the team’s lifecycle. The guide is divided into three sections for ease of use. This coaching guide is not a comprehensive guide to the Teams of Leaders (ToL) approach or a step-by-step checklist.
