This is a transcript of a House Subcommittee on Management, Investigations, and Oversight hearing. It sought to examine the command structure, including the roles and responsibilities for the response to the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and to ascertain whether the chain of command is being properly followed by the more than 38,000 personnel responding to the spill.
