This report summarizes the proceedings and findings of the 2008 Military History Symposium at the Combat Studies Institute. The theme was “The Army and the Interagency Process: Historical Perspectives”, and the symposium explored historical examples of interagency cooperation with the U.S. Army in combat operations and interventions worldwide. The symposium also examined current issues, dilemmas, problems, trends, and practices associated with U.S. Army operations requiring interagency cooperation.
