This report details the progress and initiatives of the Information Sharing Environment, including including improving the interoperability of the nation’s Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) and Secret networks; successes by the Interagency Threat Assessment and Coordination Group to strengthen information sharing between the Intelligence Community and state, local, and tribal law enforcement; and the work of the terrorist watchlisting and screening community to streamline and standardize processes for information sharing while protecting the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of individuals.
