This seventh lecture in the new InterAgency Brown-Bag Lecture Series is scheduled for 12:30-1:30 p.m., April 6, in the Arnold Conference Room of the Lewis and Clark Center on Fort Leavenworth.

This InterAgency Brown-Bag Lecture Series will feature Mr. Patrick J. Wesner, the Command and General Staff College Distinguished Chair for Development Studies, leading a discussion and providing information about the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). USAID is the lead U.S. government agency that works to end extreme global poverty and enable resilient, democratic societies to realize their potential. Its efforts further America’s interests while improving lives in the developing world.

The InterAgency Brown-Bag Lecture Series is co-hosted by the U.S. Army Command and General Staff School and the Simons Center for Interagency Cooperation. All lectures in this series are free and open to the public. – Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunches into the conference room for the presentation.
