This thesis describes various approaches to cross-government integration in response to complex problems, and discusses recent initiatives such as Goldwater-Nichols, the Full Spectrum Joint Interagency Coordination Group (JIACG), and others. It concludes by recommending a way forward, and lists ways that future complex problems might be addressed in an integrative, cross-government way.
