This is a transcript of a Senate Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Contracting and Oversight hearing entitled “Interagency Contracts- Parts I and II.” The principle function of this hearing was to analyze and account for the great amounts of funding for interagency contracts available in the federal budget, and to reorient that spending to be as efficient and effective as possible.
