CGSC honors Simons Center authors
On August 21, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) awarded 33 Golden Pen Awards to faculty members in recognition of their published scholarly works. CGSC’s Golden Pen program recognizes faculty members for their professional writing, and are broken into three categories: golden, silver, and bronze. Included among the awardees were two authors whose work was published in the Simons Center’s most recent edition of the InterAgency Journal.
Lt. Col. David S. Eaton, Department of Joint, Interagency and Multinational Operations, and Gustav Otto, Defense Intelligence Agency, were awarded a Silver Pen for their article “Interagency: Nice to Talk About… Hard to Do,” which was published in the summer 2015 edition of the InterAgency Journal earlier this month. Copies of the InterAgency Journal are available at the Simons Center and CGSC Foundation offices and at the Ike Skelton Combined Arms Research Library. The InterAgency Journal is also available online.
The Simons Center is proud to support the faculty and students at the Command and General Staff College.
